I will tell you what is to blame. Liberalism. If he was locked away in an insane asylum when he was first diagnosed as insane, he would have not been able to do this. Dude I agree with you, but at some point one has to realise that this is life, how can predict who will do what? There is no way to stop this sort of fucked up shit from happening. What we can do, is stop making excusses for shit heads like this and stop turning tragedies into political statements. ex. gun control, racism, kids ripping on other kids, violence in our culture and etc...
