This guide is wrong, in order to get this achievement you have to go on the mission where you play as soap and have to find nikolia there is a tv in the first mission that is broad casting al asad in order to get this achievement that tv must be destroyed.

An easy example is with ncaa football, i play and win the high school championship game in both 10 and 11 yet still can't get either of them, and yet my brother did on his xbox.
