what i think most is that the all new generations have some useless functions like on nano, shake to shuffle, voice over, nike + ipod, ok that is not that useless but its too expensive, its not that good for what you pay for!!!

hey, actually the 3G is SOOO COOL. sorry but i have to go against you on this one. because the new iPod Touch has Voice Control(+). I mean whats better than having a bitch listen to you and give you what you want? Also, you can use it as a phone (+). I am disappointed that it doesn't have a camera(-), but I have my phone for taking pictures. The picture and everything else is amazing(+), and the browser is SO much faster than 2G(+), also its multi-touch responsive, so you can do alot!

i was disapointed because i also expected them to add a mic on the 3g....but they didnt. especialy with all the games out there that have to or have the option to use the mic for some perpose

Its not a 3G, all they did was get rid of the 16g and add a 32g, so yeah just because they got rid of and added a new g, doesnt make it the 3G

I was expecting to be wowed by a 3rd generation iPod Touch. Just like the Second Generation wowed me with a speaker, volume control, hidden blue tooth and new shape. These were a 1G to 2G jump.

Faster processor and increased capacity are standard, expected, par for the course, the natural order of things, obvious, no brainers. What was the wow factor this time? What was the funky new shape? What was the speaker? What was the extra buttons?

Face it - no thought went into the ipod touch.

They don't want the iPhone Touch to take away from any potential iPhone sales. Having a camera in the iPod Touch would take away from the iPhone.
