Yeah but Paranoid Personality disorder is always with other personality disorders so a person may want to argue with you over something, but will hold it inside.

I am a fan of DS9, so hearing that the Ferengi as a race are paranoid, kinda made me laugh. I can think of an episode when Quark hired Garak to kill him and another one where he became Grand Negus... both episodes showed him as being paranoid.

I think self-defeating pd is basically making the victim of domestic violence or abuse the sick one, rather than the perpetrator.
