I've been sweeping for a year now and I'm still not good. I actually have a short video on YouTube. I can sweep way faster than in the video though, since I was doing a weird pattern. The stuff takes a while, especially if you don't play a lot (I don't). It takes waayy more than a month to get sweeping right. There's a difference between doing it and doing it well. If you're a beginner, don't go with this lesson though.

@karrodeadd Really? it took me less than a month, to get it right, started with 3 string arpeg, then 4 then 5 then 6..... really slow... then slowly increased the speed :o

@TheSamHunter see i started learning things like white stripes and worked up now i can play stuff like megadeth and metallica but i still cant really get sweep picking i got arpeggios no problem though
