Its not something you can see when you look at a person. It's not the casino's fault that she lost all her money. Casinos have programs where if recovering gambling addicts call them and let them know to ban them from the casino, they will do that. Casinos dont support gambling addictions.

As someone who works in marketing, and has casinos as clients, yes, there are a lot of things that the casino does to get you inthe door. Even things to make you feel "lucky" HOWEVER, if she had WON 125K, would she have given it back, and asked that they ban her? Doubt it. If she gets her 125K back, it will probably be gone shortly after.
