I don't know, I'm still noob when it comes to blade. I would say that it is better for me to put axe on my main hand because axe gives about 5.5 atk per STR while sword gives about 4.5 atk per STR. Most of my stat points are in STR, so it is better for me to hold axe on my main hand.

I would say my pieces are not that important b/c I had only 5 and 6 holes at the time. This is what you do,
-Use a blain set (lvl 105 blue)
-DEX+260 (In video 160-180 b/c I was full STR).
-Block earrings

I'm getting +15% attack speed for a sword. It does not matter which hand.
If you have two sword, then you'll have +30% attack spd.

That's correct. At 100% atk spd
-Sword - more hits - low dmg
-Axe - less hits - more dmg
An axe on my main hand works out better for me.
