You're going to have to ask the singer as to why he's singing about Kosov, but the bride is a Krajane and there is NO town in Kosov called Kraj.

Kraja is in Montenegro . . . it borders Lake Shkoder and Mt. Rumi and is approx. 30 mins. north of Ulqin.
