Perhaps reading a horror novel might encourage the process along. But then what happens if you're nearing the end of one book? Should you bring a second, possibly needlessly, in with you? Maybe take a hand-held game in with you, it provides entertainment for you, and anybody outside the bathroom who hears you saying "I can't believe that happened" or "Oh yeah, best yet!"
