I believe that the female vocalist in "Padme's Ruminations" giving that haunting and emotionally charged performance is none other than Lisbeth Scott. She has collaborated with John Williams in many of his other film scores, among them being Saving Private Ryan, Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace, Star Wars Episode 2: Attack of the Clones, Star Wars Episode 3: Revenge of the Sith, Munich, and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
"Padme's Ruminations" is one of my favorite cues of all time. When I first saw ROTS in the theater, I swear to God that the entire audience just froze at the part where Padme and Anakin were looking out their windows. I could imagine one thing coming to mind: "ohhhhhh shit..."
@MavsFan1982 That's exactly what happened in my theater. The audience was mesmerized by the scene's music and visuals. Probably one of my favorite scenes in any Star Wars film.
@SpiderBoy992 Unfortunately no. However there is hope that next year when the Star Wars films are released on blu-ray, they will also release the complete score recordings of the saga in an effort to promote each other. Cross your fingers.
I didn't know that there is even such an extended version! Or did you pick the tracks directly from the movie? Thanks so much anway. "Ruminations" sounds even different and with a perfect quality.

1:32 and onwards tell of a dark conclusion to a long tale...a long war...and a long era.
This scene is pretty much where the tides begin to turn on the entire Galaxy.
The Jedi fall, the Sith rise, darkness prevails, and our heroes meet their ultimate challenge.
