That's fucking useless, if you cant respond then whats the point.
If people knew how to drive there wouldn't be stupid cellphone laws anyways. Cellphones don't crash cars bad driving does.

The research that claims all that Brain busy is nonsense. It was conducted in simulators and is already credited by most other researchers. Eyes Of The Roads and Hands Of The Wheel is the primary reason for accidents. I have a patented solution that does a lot more check out iQ-Telematics

There are already programs on most modern mid to high range phones that do this quite well without an additional cost or download. Iphone has VoiceOver, Android has TalkBack, most LG phones can do this as well.

InvisiMan2006 - the distraction caused by listening to a spoken message is FAR less than the distraction of taking your hand(s) off the wheel and yours eyes off the road... the two are not even comparable!

Texting doesn't cause accidents, but the DISTRACTION of texting does make driving more dangerous.
The DISTRACTION to listening to email or text messages is equally dangerous. No?

I beg to differ. That's like saying, the DISTRACTION from others in the car speaking causes accidents. Listening doesn't cause accidents, taking your hands off the wheel causes accidents.

Yes! Any distraction, including passengers you talk to while driving, is dangerous.
Take your mind off of driving, and you increase the chance of getting into an accident.
Our email can wait until we are off the road.
