Though it was *supposed* to be based off the manga without any dramatic stuff in it, but the dramatic stuff is what makes the show better. So yeah I'd say if that is based off Manga then I like the Dragon Ball Z better.

They should have never fast forwarded and made gohan into an adult, he was much more badass as a teen, Vegeta said himself (in the tournament) but when he died, and became ultra or mystic or whatever, He was badass, but this one is still the main char of dragonball for me!

@ClanDBZVegeta well no shit. i mean cell made him unleash his full rage. adult gohan is way calmer and not quite as strong. besides adult gohan is way braver. kid gohan gave up too easily when cell returned and broke gohans arm. plus kid gohan waited too long to unleash his power. adult gohans more mature and goes to full power when he really needs to. plus he faces down impossible odds and just says "fuck it ill try anyway" whereas kid gohan just gives up at the drop of a hat.
