It came out way more tender than I thot and really surprised us. My sis in law said it would be too tough, but ended up eating the rest of it with her kiddo and husband. So much for my French Dip sandwich that I was gonna make today! We didn't use the rosemary or parsley, but used the rest of what you said. It was excellent!! Thanks for the vid here! You da man! :-)
