A (ParticleEmitterNode) can be placed in the World Editor. Make sure the Object Editor is selected, browse using the Scene Tree and go to the Tab under Library>Level and select Particle Emitter.
Or
A Particle Emitter can be created while in the World Editor. Make sure the particle editor is selected, this will display the particle emitter tools. Save out your particle when done.
Could have done without the music and would have liked to hear you enplane what you were doing. I hate that music!!
