@jason854656 I just read in Cobain's biography that they were recording lithium and Cobain was pissed with his guitar sound, so he went crazy, had a meltdown and ended up smashing the guitar on the studio floor - and that's was this song is. The producer decided to put it in as a hidden track. Not sure on the truth of this story, but just read it in "Heavier than Heaven", the biography.
