put your sugar, vinilla, heavy cream into a blender. Blend on low for a little bit to mix. Put on high for a couple seconds. Even faster than using the mixer.

Heavy cream is the liquid being poured in the bowl. Whipped (as opposed to "whipping") cream is when the heavy cream has been whipped into hard peaks with sugar and vanilla.
