Honestly zac, there's not much of a difference in gameplay. I have Lego Batman on Wii and Lego Indiana Jones and Star Wars on PS3, the gameplay for all is basically the same. The fighting on the Wii can be done by shaking the Wiimote BUT it can also be done by pressing the B button, so it really doesn't matter. There's nothing in the Wii port that makes it an exclusive Wii feature, so I'd suggest renting both versions to see which you prefer if you can't decide.
