@WeNeedToFearAllah i worked there and i know them. The guest relation guy is european (not arab), and the GM "Mr. Noel Masoud" studied in the US as far as i know. So you really need to fear Allah before throwing judgments on people you don't know. cheers.

P.S: once you work there they are teaching you some arab words like MARHABA (the first word in the video) just to be friendly with the guests and the staff there.
