So from what I gather Frank has a pretty similar concept to Phoenix W. you want to get to Lv.4 Prestige in order to get Frank to his highest potential. Incorporating the camera into his actual gameplan is a pretty obvious yet unique feature that was missing from TvC. Lookin good, definitley using him.
