I'm a SAR paramedic and I worked Katrina and Tuscaloosa. Let me address this to the people of Tuscaloosa - you guys are AMAZING!! When my team arrived, we did NOT find people waiting for us, no way, ya'll were out there rescuing each other. It messed us up (in a good way) to see ya'll caring for each other, and later in the week, caring for us! Tuscaloosa is an amazing city, and you are an amazing people.
My church is sending teams of people to help there almost once a week.(: and in late June , our whole youth group is going .(: I honestly can't stinkin wait . I absolutely love helping people and coming together like this ..(: <3

my friend's sister is going to Bama and they thought she was dead or hurt because they couldn't get a hold of her. But God gave a miracle and they finally got a hold of her. I pray and think of the people who have been hurt or killed and my heart goes out to the families <3
