Nice vid, but some of you fruits are lying. Apples cause me bad pain if eaten on an empty stomach because they are too acidic. Bananas give me full-on migraines because they contain natural aspartame. Grapes are full of sugar which caused a very bad case of candidiasis (I was eating one bunch a day tho.......)which took six months to clear. Not everyone benefits from every fruit : (

Why you shouldn't eat (a lot of) fruit: It raises your blood-sugar the same way candy does. High blood sugar results in the release of insulin, wich tells the body to store fat. And makes it harder to burn fat as well.

Eating fruit is better than sweets, sure. But the best is to avoid anything with sugar in it if you want to be healthy.

Protein and fat are what the body has to have to be able to function. Carbohydrates are a bonus, something that's easy for the brain to convert into energy. But we can live without eating carbohydrates. Protein and fat, not so much.

In school you thought that the cells need carbohydrates to function, but if you eat very little carbohydrates, or none at all, your body will convert fat into the primary energy source (a process called ketosis).
