I've had it for a year now, and the camera is amazing. Digital zoom is always useless even on a high dollar SLR digital camera, but this camera does have a digital zoom. For me, the camera is way more important than the phone, and so I'm happy overall. However, as a phone it's pretty weak. Constant sync errors, shuts down at random, loses signal worse than any phone I've had, etc. I would not get another, which surprises me because I'm usually very happy with Motorola phones.

DO NOT GET THIS PHONE! ive had it for a little less than a year, but i definitely regret it. the camera is BADASS and the picture quality is amazing. even though when you zoom in, it might seem blurry, just take it cause it really be still pretty clear regardless. but other than that feature, i think the phone sucks. anyway my brother also got the same phone and we BOTH experienced glitches with it. it would turn off randomly and just spazzed out constantly.its so annoying!seriously.dont get it.

you can not only use it for data transfers but also browser the web at any wifi hot spots... right now i got it on my wifi at home and use the net perfectly fine

yes. it's bery easy to text on. I have large hands and it still is not a problem .. tho at first when i would press 1 to get a period or question mark or whatever, i would accidentally press the picture review button above it and then i'd have to wait for it to load then ex outta it and continue to type. its no biggie tho!

This guy has no idea what he's talking about. First of all it's Kodak technology all the way, also "imager". The software is NOTHING like the traditional Motorola look. This is Linux software on that machine... not even close you lame fucker.

i just got one yesterday and at first its a little hard but within 10-15 texts you get the hang of it and it has a good word memory. what i mean is it remembers what words you type really well

Your never going to be able to send anything over 30 seconds long through MMS.

Your going to need to upload the video the internet and have people watch from there.

And I think you already know that most phones will allow you to take videos until your SD card is full (like 2-4 hours depending on size)

That phone have a xenon flash and also a LED flash. Xenon will work for the camera and LED will work for the vid record. Xenon in this phone is just the same light like on the digital camera. Maybe that's the answer for your question.

I don't think so, I don't have the phone but the camera is a 5 megapixel and most phones have 2 megapixels, so it's bound to have a clearer image than a 2 megapixel camera phone.

I know that the picture quality on it is good, but i've seen actual videos made from the ZN5, and it was no better video quality than the old 1.3MP cameras. It also only shoots videos at 15 FPS

I have this phone for a couple weeks. Very nice camera phone. Nice nice thin design, quick snapper w/ above average picture quality. Sometimes the flash is overblown. Very easy to use. The video camera though is very dissappointing. The wifi is a big plus. I wish there was more options on the phone (no 3g and no free games).
