I work on boats...our owners are asking our take on the 'season'. Once 'The Season' hits, its N W S,, Jeff Masters and the FSU websites on a daily basis. This was an entertaining yet accurate vision on what could happen...The next installment could be Dr H. staring into a crystal ball...Loved the video. Not to make light of the predictions,.the bottom line, be prepared , take it seriously but remember - mother nature has her own agenda..Anything can happen.

I left NOAA for a number of reasons. Foremost: several tornadoes I investigated were incorrectly classified as "down bursts," "straight line winds," and even "other" BY PEOPLE WHO NEVER WENT THERE! WHY? Because a warning wasn't issued for the location. No warning = cover up...unless there is just to much evidence to deny it.

Evidence of rotation obvious to a layman, photographed by us-"lost.". Eyewitnesses-ignored. Tax dollars-wasted. Real science-trashed.

People in the other building across the parking lot said it was a twister, picked up a large industrial AC unit from the roof and tossed it 200 yards, but it was classified as a downburst. I still swear that was a twister.. Rain in front of our window was going UP at the time.. briefly..

knocked cars off the road .1 mile from us one way, and damaged trees and 2 roofs 1/4 mile the other way, so it was erratic, but that was a twister.

Hey wait one minute... I visited NOAA in Boulder for my 3rd grader's field trip and saw they have one of the most expensive computers in the world. It can process at speeds a Bajillions times faster than any other computers on the planet...

Then again... when you see who is developing the rubber bumpy ping-pong recursive out the a-hole software / code... it makes sense why they need such a powerful computer.

It probably takes 1000+ lines of code just to figure out 2 + 2 = 4.

I had Dr. Hansimian in college - the guy is brilliant. His dad was an economic advisor to FDR and served on the Fed under the Carter Administration. It wasn't until he got one of his three dice stuck in his ear one afternoon that the Fed was compelled to lower the prime rate to under 12. The Hansimian family has a long tradition of public service - kind of like the Kennedys just not as famous because they never drowned a co-ed in their chimp mobile.

Just FYI, a Hurricane in the Northern Hemisphere will turn counter-clockwise while in the Southern Hemisphere they turn Clockwise, because of the Coriolis Effect. Obviously the picture shows a NH cyclonic storm, so the image is turning in the wrong direction.

It may have been done purposefully, but the hurricane satellite pic at the beginning of the video is spinning clockwise, the opposite of the circulation of an actual hurricane. lol
