Ok honestly this i think will get me motivated im 14 and 265lbs needless to say im a big boy do you think i could get weight loss results like yours doing cardio without the lifting because i really wanna get in shape for this football season because i got stuck as an offensive tackle last season. And just out of curiosty did you still use sauces on your pasta?
Try to switch to wholegrain pasta, brown rice etc instead of white carbohydrates.
Another great alternative to sauces is simply mix a small amount of olive oil, sesame oil and soy sauce into your pasta, tastes great and is fairly healthy!

Very informative, and great job on losing the weight it really paid off. I'm actually doing quite a bit of what you said already since I started, and will try out the other stuff. I was 351, and now down to 265 after 6months and still dropping weight. I just picked up doing weight lifting with machines and free weights so I can start burning more fat plus cardio gets boring after a while when you just do that.

Dude i've been running everyday and i havent lost much really. all i've done was maintain weight after losing weight . i only lost 20 pounds in the summer but thats cuz i barely got my braces and of couse i couldnt eat the usual stuff cuz my fuckin teeth were hurting. so i ate tuna for 2 weeks straight and with a little of exercise as well. thanx for posting the video up man. very motivating.

@LeagueOFLZone It's not necessarily about about a good diet and workout routine. It's about eating right, being active, and sticking with it no matter what. At your age I was about the same height but I was actually 270 pounds. Right now I'm 5' 11 173, perfectly satisfied. If your not very active cut your carbs out of everything but your breakfast. Your day time diet should be made up of meats, vegetables, and water. Exercise, learn to like it. I'll try to give you some examples..

My favorite Breakfast: Omelet made up of 5 egg whites, some onion, tomatoes, Jalapenos usually with water but you can have a glass of 2% or fat free milk if you want.
Lunch: A turkey sandwich with wholewheat bread no mayo. If I wasn't doing anything all day I would have a low carb meal instead like a tuna salad (no mayo, try it with lemon)
Dinner: 1 Chicken breast with lots of vegetables, maybe some beans...
@LeagueOFLZone I have tried lots of different diets and they almost all work, some better than others, but its all about whether or not you stick with them. At first I thought it was about eating less, but I lost more weight when I ate MORE food as long as I was eating the best foods I could. The most Important things about losing weight is -
1. How you eat
2. How you sleep
3. How you exercise
Drink LOTS of water. All day drink water. Eat every 3 or 4 hours, for example...
@LeagueOFLZone ...6:00 a.m. Wake up, eat your breakfast. 3 hours later have an apple. 3 hours later eat your lunch. 3 hours later have a carrot, or another apple, whatever you want as long as its healthy. 3 hours later eat your dinner. That's it, a "good diet".
@LeagueOFLZone As for exercise, just be active, there is no need to go crazy and O.D. on cardio, but it's perfectly fine if you do lol
Me personally, I started out punching a punching bag in my back yard as long as I could (which was only about 15 min at first) everyday. As my physical health improved so did my exercises. Within a year I was warming up with a 30min jog and hitting it for 12 3min rounds. The kid in this video used weight training instead of intense cardio.
@LeagueOFLZone Start off small and don't stress about special exercise routines or finding some super secret diet. Concentrate on eating well, getting plenty of sleep, drinking plenty of water, and staying fairly active. And above all NEVER give up. @livinloud101 it doesn't matter how heavy you can lift, the most important thing is keep diet properly, you can't just get rid in your belly parts. If you want to get rid, you need to get rid in all your body parts from your face, upper body, arms, chest, belly, & legs.
And for young person like you, you will need to do a lot of running, jumping, & swimming.

Dude you should have checked your resting pulse before and after your weight-loss. I went from 170 to 140 pounds and My resting pulse which used to be that of around 90 went down all the way to 60 beats per minute... this goes to show how much of a strain you lift from your heart when you loose weight
i didnt do a lot of cardio i just stayed very active by playing sports with my freinds. i also lifted weights like a mad man. this was my routine and still is-
biceps/triceps- barbell curls, dumbbell curls, hammer curls, preacher curls. pushdowns with rope, reverse pushdowns with bar, close grip bench, and skull crushers.
shoulders/traps- dumbbell military press, reverse fly, dumbell side raise, dumbell front raise. upright row, barbell shrugs, dumbbell shrugs.
@YounqRuben back- deadlift, bent over row, t bar row, pull downs, cable row. legs- squat, leg press, weighted lunges, leg extension, leg curls. chest- db ( dumbbell) bench press, flat fly, incline db bench, dips. barbell decline bench.

im 13 years onld about 5 7 and 224lbs but i am very strong i can bench over 200lbs but i carry most of my body fat in my stomach area i would like to lose weight but it seems like every time i got into the kitchin i have to eat any help? and what exercises?

@livinloud101 it doesn't matter how heavy you can lift, the most important thing is keep diet properly, you can't just get rid in your belly parts. If you want to get rid, you need to get rid in all your body parts from your face, upper body, arms, chest, belly, & legs.
And for young person like you, you will need to do a lot of running, jumping, & swimming.

Dude you should have checked your resting pulse before and after your weight-loss. I went from 170 to 140 pounds and My resting pulse which used to be that of around 90 went down all the way to 60 beats per minute... this goes to show how much of a strain you lift from your heart when you loose weight

i didnt do a lot of cardio i just stayed very active by playing sports with my freinds. i also lifted weights like a mad man. this was my routine and still is-
biceps/triceps- barbell curls, dumbbell curls, hammer curls, preacher curls. pushdowns with rope, reverse pushdowns with bar, close grip bench, and skull crushers.
shoulders/traps- dumbbell military press, reverse fly, dumbell side raise, dumbell front raise. upright row, barbell shrugs, dumbbell shrugs.

@YounqRuben back- deadlift, bent over row, t bar row, pull downs, cable row. legs- squat, leg press, weighted lunges, leg extension, leg curls. chest- db ( dumbbell) bench press, flat fly, incline db bench, dips. barbell decline bench.

im joining football at my highschool and we practice 5 times a weak and also im am starting p90x when footbal starts and i also have a nutrition plan set out so hopefully i could loose the weight like you did
