Okay, there's a few things wrong with your statement. Of course Pacquiao needs to be in a cup, that will show if he's using any performance enhancers or any illegal type of substance ( not saying he is, just saying that I believe is mandatory to take it.) Mayweather just wants a fair fight, doesn't want to loose due to a illegal substance or anything. The blood test isn't necessary, the urine test is enough, it will find anything if either fighter were to use any drug.

The blood test is just a little bit too much, now for whatever reason Mayweather will not agree to fight Pacquiao is his own, we don't know why he's doing it, it could be for any reason. To assume anything is nothing but petty speculation, nothing based off of facts or empirical evidence. Now that my most favorite fighter (and the one I backed 100% Shane Mosley) turned into an old man after round 2, I see no one else that even draws attention in the welterweights... to stop throwing the right hand when it was working is giving the fight away...Hope Shane has 2 more good fights before he retires, but I wonder now. And another thing that disappoints me is honestly, he doesn't like to get hit.
This is what worries me. I don't know if Mayweather has that determination and heart to keep going IF ( take not guys IF ) he starts getting hit hard etc.
Either way, I don't think he'll make Mosley look old, he'll beat him maybe, we don't know that FOR a complete fact, everyone thought Mosley was gonna be defeated by Margarito but, we'll see what happens.

I love mayweather, a very big fan of his skills. But, the only thing that disappoints me is:
One: He doesn't let go. (He doesn't start brawling unless he gets mad) and this is when you see his real skill guys. A good example would be when he fought oscar and zab, whenever they pissed him off and he started letting those fists go he started dominating the shit out of them. You can hear the good clean crisp punches land solidly on the opponents face.

Man shane hasnt fought anyone as fast as mayweather in this weight class. He fought Margarito a slow fighter, mayorga a wild puncher, and cotto who is a good boxer but isnt as fast as mayweather. Mayweather fought Zab Judah who is very fast, Ricky Hatton when he was at his best, and a Juan Manuel Marquez to me who beat pacman twice.

and who still fought on that exact date? Floyd wanted a blood test (not sanctioned by the Boxing Commission) to prove a point. I get it, but calling the fight off he lost respect as a fighter for me. I am a big fan of both boxers - Blood test or not I hope this is a good fight.

@FrankieUale I sugest to watch Oscars, and Floyds fight again, Floyd did not beat Oscar, Oscar beat him self by not jabbing enough, and by not fighting the last 3 rounds or so, a wooped Oscar? way too funny, that fight was very close, and that was with Oscar giving the last rounds up. I still believe that Manny has the skill, and knock out power to put this fool to sleep. This coming from a guy that has seen lots of boxing.

The old man Mosely knocked out Antonio Margarito in the 9 round and after the Margarito fight Shane Mosely went to Freddie Roach a couple of time to his gym to see if he could get a fight with Manny and got turned down. Freddie knows that Sugar Shane is still dangerous so he had Manny fought Damage Good Cotto who got plastered by Margarito in 2008 instead. The same Margarito that Sugar Shane annihilated in 9 rounds last year. Mayweather is fighting a fighter that Freddie is scare of 4 Manny
