the rubber band pulls the wheel to move, and trigger allows wheel only turns so much just enough to let 1 rubber band to shoot out.

@MsMegajosh the wheel turns and stops really fast. stretched out rubber band makes it turn really fast and the spring loaded trigger is what stops it that fast.
