  • I think that you may wish to explain about the position of the swings. If a novice watches this they will likely get hurt as you have the kettlebell very far out in front of you. You are already in shape, but a person not paying attention mimicing your movement may hurt their back with the starting position of the swing. I do think it is a solid workout overall though.
