  • @johnmetal12311 hey mate, two times a day would be fine, but you do need a rest day sometime in the week. sundays or wednesdays are usually good. If your a little large that doesn't matter, the excercise will still be turning excess weight into muscles but its a long process, if you want too see results faster, aswell as doing this excercise, you need to go for a 30-40 minute run twice a week, but take it easy at a steady pace. Don't injure yourself. Good Luck john.

  • @NefariousOaf you should always stretch after excercising, not before, you need to let your muscles warm up from excercising and then do a stretching routine. If you try to do them first you may pull a muscle, hope this helps.

  • @sd4reel hey yes i bmx alot,brilliant for your thigh muscles, you want to do this 3/4 times a week and once a day for the first month, second month start doing it in the morning and then in the evening :D

  • one of the best excercises to focus on the chest is the push up, you may want to focus on the wide grip push up, a better way to do it is move your body from side to side at the same time, so your weights over your left arm when you go down and then its over your right arm

    for your stomach, tell you what i'll do them now for you and upload it

  • We have to do these at school, it seams hard at first, but i got from on my knees to about 20 in my knuckle in about a week.

  • good for you, harder programs will be being put up, like 3 sets of jumping knuckle pushups, maybe you want to try doing those if your finding what your doing at school to easy

  • Hey man, long time! Hope all is well, it seems so!

    It would be much more productive to slow the press ups down a lot from the speeds you are going if you want to teach and carry out a "good" press up, you are not creating enough muscular tension to get good effect.

    To get maximum effect you should be breathing slowly in on the way down, taking a good 3-4 seconds to actually go down, holding for 1 second and then push out whilst looking straight ahead, not down.

  • go as low as you want, that little bit of distance doesn't make much difference, you just have to do it as a routine, like theres no point doing 200 amazing press ups one day and then doing none for two weeks, it would be better to do 50 just good ones 2 or 3 times a week.

  • well dude pressups is the best one for this, it helps too develop your pecks , ie. tits area

  • When I was in China, I ran 5 miles 5 times a week. Just to keep in shape. But since I got back, it's too cold so I'm taking different fitness classes, mainly powercardio, 4 times a week. Feels good :D
