We can be so into what hes playing on the horn that we forget that hes an absolutely amazing composer thats demanding more from other jazz musicians based on what he puts out.
Dear Umbria jazzfest, your piano sounds like garbage. Eric's hitting all the right keys, and it's out of tune and thin. Not the sound man's fault, cause the rest of the band is hitting.
