TC, you say you are pro-life, but it seems to me that the fact you would not outlaw abortion does suggest you are pro-choice too to some extent, even though you are not for abortion.
Well, I suppose so. I wouldn't want to outlaw abortion as I believe people in certain situations such as rape victims or in cases where the mother would likely die or suffer severe medical trauma to continue the pregnancy are reason enough for abortion to exist. The problem I have is so many people use it as a means of birth control, and normally the father is given no consideration in the matter which I feel is wrong. In todays society I consider abortion to be a sign or ignorance....
....it's a way of removing the responsibility attached to sex and relationships. Condoms are not exactly complex and should they fail the morning after pill is easy to obtain. Abortions shouldn't ever be needed. Another thing I hate is that if I was the father and I wanted children, and for argument say I had a low sperm count. If the mother doesn't want that child I have no say in the abortion but the other way around I would be forced to pay child support. It's a double standard.
