I once got this game for 25 cents.  The problem is that computers these days are too fast for it. It runs so fast its pretty much unplayable. Just like him I could only get past the dog by running and hoping I reached the end of the stage before it could kill me. And of course just like him, in the regular stages the game plays so fast you can't control Mega Man well.

no. some older DOS games, including this, didn't take into account that processors would exceed 33 mhz some day, and weren't programmed to be a specific speed. as a result, on modern computers they run UNBELIEVABLY fast. even in DOSbox this game runs a little fist, but you can slow down the emulated clock speed with ctrl+f11 i believe.
