You are not alone wondering why your dogs are unsociable at the dog park. My dogs are that way too. Within a 1/4 mi as we approach the dog park, my dogs become excited, yipping and clawing I suppose they cant wait to get there. Then they sniff and hang around each other. When another dog comes over my schnauzer with her back, shoves them away. Its comical. My Dachsie stays at my feet. I've heard from others that they're dogs are doggy park snobs too, LOL!
