the fourth hokage is the best so far, no question about it.

although the first hokage was impressive also.

but the fourth with jutsu's like the rasengan, reaper death seal jutsu, rolling thundergod jutsu is absolutely a powerhouse, and the only one who has a chance at surpassing him is of course his son.

but for that to happen naruto will have to acquire more jutsus than the ones he has now.

i mean he should be much more adapted to a basic jutsu like "shunsin no jutsu" which is basicly only fast movement by using and exerting chakra.

almost every ninja in the series with the exception of naruto himself has it to some extent(it is only a B-rank jutsu after all) but when executed by a pro(like sasuke, kakashi and the fourth hokage) it has proved to be a effective and lethal weapon.

and then there is of course "the rolling thundergod jutsu" or hiraishin, which is actual teleportation through time and space.

but before naruto begins to think about a difficult jutsu like that he really has to master "shushin no jutsu" first.

by for example using his shadowclones, which has already proven to be a effective training method for mastering a new jutsu.

of course all of this is only my opinion ;>)

yes it is a powerful weapon by pro remember when kakashi and the dude with scyth who taste blood and ou fell the same pain were fighting
