  • for those who dont know there is a think called muscle memory if you have the p90x videos then you know if you do the same workout for to long you may not see good results and if you have this then you know i am right for those who are doing what i am doin by using youtube to find the workouts know that this is only for the arms and chest there is the abb workout and the cardio workout as well and i already know some of you might reply saying that you already know but some people don't so shutup

  • My third time doing p90x. I hate and love chest and back. Great results but I throw up everytime other time=( You think you have it hard, try running up 2 flights of stairs everytime you have to do pullups. Fucking sucks only place where I can do them.

  • how long of a break do you take between each exercise if any?

  • @Vaporiz they are about 30 seconds long on each break.

  • ok i know this may sound stupid butt can i do the same workout but decline the reps until i can do that many and then just start from there??? plz answer cuz im 237 and 6.1 and dont know if i can do all those reps at once

  • @n0thing0nMe i know what you mean i am 250 and started at 280 i lost all that weight in 3 weeks doing this workout alone and i had a hard time doin all the reps you can do half the reps and still se results just do 10 reps per workout till you dont struggle or feel you can do more and a tip dont do the workout everyday you may hurt yourself only do a max of 3 times a 7 day week not a busness week because you want to allow your body to heal and trust me it works

  • type in "give me 4 week abs" in the top box and click on the video with hearts in the title to learn how to get a 6 pack in 4 weeks.

  • imma regret saying this but, what if ur so weak (which is why u start) and u cant even accomplish the amount XD ..... just keep trying and force urself until u can? or what?

  • @CrimsonTeam You go at your own pace and eventually you will be able to catch on with the people in the video. On my first month, it was HELL. However I'm starting to catch on on the 2nd month.

  • @CrimsonTeam yes you jts keep pushing your self till you can but try to know your limits you may hurt youself if you push to hard

  • @twista200317 he edited out and sped up a lot of the parts. In reality youre switching between back and chest, and its very doable.

  • @twista200317 It's one setting and then after this workout you go right into the ab ripper. I just did this today. Week 1 Day 1.

  • @321Trooper there are several different ones. the videos have them. I am just showing some of the movements here.

  • thanks for this workout.. I just followed this 1st phase and i'm far more pumped than I am after 1hr in the gym lifting weights! I wasnt expecting this to be worth while...so its made me realise how effective ot is in very fast time.

  • I'm 14 and i started the p90x challenge a week ago and i have to say that even teens can do this. (but I don't look like a teen 6''4, 195 pounds, built like a man) doing the p90x to see if I'm worthy!!! And get up and go do some push-ups!!! it'll give you all better use!!!

  • when i do push ups i do them somewhat slowly and always in super sets

  • guys dont forget that he is taking or shoudl be taking 2-4 minutes rests between each set he does!!!

I guess you never learned that the human body acclimates to what you do. if you can't do 2 pushups but you keep trying. your body will grow and the next time you'll be able to do the 2 pushups and the numbers keep increasing the more you try. stop being lazy, or you'll get nowhere. we all started from the bottom

  • There are 3 different pull up exercises in this routine which you did not do! Because of that your rep count should be higher in all the exercises you did! But it isn't, so you are weak! And I am not impressed!

  • @dac086 I can do about 32 pushups, but I definitely don't have the muscular endurance to do this many. What kind of number should I aim for so that I can get through a decent portion of the workout?

  • @Robopencil try to go for 10-15 in each move. dont try to go all out on the first round because the second round will be much tougher. try to stick to the form and then worry about the reps

  • @Robopencil dont think that way dude. i discovered with p90x u cant think about it it just makes u do it. i could only do 20 pushups and then i saw this vid and gave it a try and just went with it and i did it. totally kicked my ass but it felt good. now im doing this workout (minus the dive bomb pushups cause they hurt my back lol ) and im loving it. thanks for uploading this dac.

  • @theseer27 Thanks seer. Today was my first day. I managed to get through the entire workout... except for the "cool down", which was more of a lay down.. But I don't think that's such a terrible thing.

    I ended up doing 15 pushups for each set from start to finish (except for diamond and dive bomber which are hard as ****).

    I was actually surprised that I was able to consistently perform that many push ups throughout the entire program.

  • when youve done like.. 12 reps without feeling a burn. basically you dont feel a burn when doing the last rep you know your weight is to light.

  • actually they are decline, he's facing downward. If they were incline then his hands would be on the chair and not his feet... think about it.

  • yes you do these exercises but you flip between the target muscles of the day.. for example in this work out (chest and back) you do chest aka push ups then go to pull ups aka back. So you go from pushing to pulling and not all the chest in a row then all the back in a row. Push/Pull/Push/Pull/Push/Pull/­etc.

    if you want to get it, do it. Dont download it because you will NEED the nutrition plan and guide to keep track of everything.

    Just to warn you, I had to stop with 10 minutes left in the workout because my body went over the peak (and it wasnt comfortable)

    You need to be dedicated. If you are, you will succeed.
