  • i'm afraid you can't train just for vanity purposes mystical troll alot of people train to be bigger, but my weight is very important to me i love my size and wish to retain this body, whilst becoming stronger so that i can do more amazing things with my body. a simple example being i'd love to see a body builder try and train 'muscle ups' have a look for this exersise on youtube if you aren't sure about it very challenging and great

  • its mainly strength training for parkour and i do parkour this sort of training allows me to progress a lot quicker than simply drilling moves, also it just keeps you healthy and happy

  • I used to tear up my hands as well as a teen, like I saw you do it, but I was a little bit foolish and just used my bare hands. But yes...your hands do toughen up after awhile of punishment.

    Whoever recommended raw eggs....I'd stay off of that. Salmonella. I did that when I was a teen, but thats crazy.

    The chinups on the tree are good. I know those are hard to do.

  • i noticed a huge difference in those 3 months a lot ofthe stuff i did towards the end wasn't possible at the begining. such as on the punchbag my hands toughend up and i was able to hit it harder and faster than before so it was all good and it made me feel amazing as well

  • thanks for all the great comments everyone and keep them coming. their is an amazing normal people to hater ratio on this video with only two people offering their wise insight into nothingness. well i practise parkour and kung fu so the training was mainly centred around strength for those things
