  • K1 fitness & fight factory 14 Duong 38 (Ngueyn Thi Thap)P Tan Quy. Q7 ho chi minh city.

  • Dang dude, you didn't do the whole vaccination stuffs when you go to Vietnam? You are a brave man.

  • brooklynmonk1 , im vietnamese , trainning MMA and Kickboxing nice video, and Qunanirus is an dumb-ass , no worry about him , i dont think he can fight for shit , even he can , probaly a chicken that all he is :) ( Fights not depend on wat style u do , depend on how skillfull and smart u r , dick head --- to quanarius )

  • i'm pretty sure that this style of fighting cannot beat a real martial artist.

  • actually these guya are all professional fighters, which martial artists can beat them? very strange comment.

  • shaolin monks

  • Are you joking me? i lived at the shaolin temple and wrote a book called the Monk from Brooklyn, which is where my name comes from. and no, the can't fight at all. not even a little bit. these MMA guys are professional fighters. you wont beat them unless you are also a professional fighter.

  • when i said shaolin monks, i mean those that have trained at shaolin since they were 7, not those that spend only a few years in one of the many commercial shaolin kungfu centers. i don't know u, but i'm pretty sure u may not have trained sine the age of 7 like that.

  • i didnt train since the age of seven but i did train in shaolin and i had countless bouts with the guys who had lived there their whole lives and only lost two times. also if you watch UFC or K-1 there is not a single Shaolin guy fighting in either of the big leagues and they dont come here to fight in bangkok. so i need to know, again which monks are you talking about? please tell me their names and i will check them out.

  • Where do you train and fight? your profile says vietnam. the only place to train in vietnam is the K-1 gym in saigon. amd you cant fight at all in vietnam because it is illegal, so what experience do you have?

  • Comment removed

  • There is nothing to do with my fighting experience here. The point i wanna make is that MMA is not the real art. Those guys mostly use their strength with little technique. A real martial artist masters almost every techniques of his style and can apply a whole lot of them in a real fight if he ever has to fight.

  • once again please tell me the name of these shaolin monks or real martial artists who are winning in UFC or K-1 or who would be wiling to come to k-1 Fight Factory Saigon and fight.

  • @brooklynmonk1 i think he means chow yun fat

  • why do you believe that people only train a couple of years in the commercial schools? we had kids as young as six trainiing there and guys who had been there twenty years. inside the actual temple there are only 60 monks. less than 40 are kung fu monks and ZERO of them are san da sanschau or actual fighters. was your experience different at shaolin?

  • Sorry i am still waiting for you to tell me the names of these real martial artists who can beat professional fighters so ican go study with them and film with them.

  • Could you please give me the adress (or email) of this training center. Because I go to Sai Gon every year... Thanks

  • @brooklynmonk1 I agree with u brooklynmonk1 but i will always have faith that bruce lee could beat anyone lol.

  • what's mma?

  • MMA means mixed martial art, basically it combines kick boxing and wrestling or grappling. the most common combination is muay thai and brazilian jiu jitsu or wrestling.

  • Skipping rope while suffering from diarrea. =P

  • very strange to see MMA in Vietnam...it's strange he can teach..Vietnam has strange law about it...4 example, the Muay Thai is forbidden..you can train only a "light" Muya Thai..not porfessional, not like in Thailand..a lot of years ago I met an america of MMA in Vietnam, I trained with him..strong, too much!

  • Can you train grappling and bjj in Thailand? I am seriously considering going to train there. But I don't want to lose what I've learned.

  • i see blonde girls lol..in vietnam? im gonna have to look into vietnam some more

  • Hey shaolin fist. I think you might have an easier time looking for them in the US. lol

  • yeh its just im planning on going abroad and i wasnt expecting to see that in vietnam, but i dont know shit so there ya go

  • I loved the knee, and those elbows.

  • looks like the hk gyms, packed with expats :D

love bjj :D i thourght u didnt grapple tony? why the sudden change?

  • @lagook in most of asia the only people who do MMA are the foreigners, the exceptions are rich places like hong kong, taiwan and japan. i dont grapple but i want to learn.

  • Why only the foreigners practice MMA??

  • @Shugyo2 asians think that grappling makes them look like a bunch of homosexuals lol

  • Except the Japanese.
