I don't think it's a femminist message. It has a universal message for EVERYONE who has ever wanted more. As a gay male it appeals to me as much as it would for anyone else. It's just about wanting more in your life. Remember TWO MEN wrote this song. One was gay. So the chances of it being SOLELY femminist are very low.

look i'm not big on politics and i'm really not interested in getting philosophical. i DO like the idea of having a female president, but I personally think that there will be better female presidential candidates in the future. I really don't think that Hillary should be president.

Do you know that the equal rights ammendment never passed? We are routinely underpaid and many of us raise multiple children alone, and our aging parents?
