  • i am so glad i am not a crew chief for this

  • Those planes are beautiful... if they were not air fighters...

  • The logo to the right is so big I stared at it most of the time, wondering if it's going to damage the plane.

  • 0:17 I see an F-22 :D

  • While most may see just a New Jet for the military...

"I" see THAT, and a new "Alternate Mode" for Hasbro to use for their Transformers Franchise.

who knows...this may very well be the Starscream of THIS generation.

  • Guys, look at the frame at 0:18. Isn't that an F-22 Raptor? It has two engines and thrust vectored exausts. :P

  • I thought a 360-degree field of view was essential for dogfight. If i recall well that high visibility canopy was one of the main advantages on the P-51 over the P-40 back in ww2. that's why it is somewhat confusing to see it is not present here on the F-35 after being so well implemented on aircraft such as the F16 (well renowned for offering the pilot a very wide FOV), as well as on F-22 Raptor and many others.

  • @innersilencedotcom Yes but do you understand that back in WW2 they didn't have high-visibility radars and computers that can pick up a fly a few miles away(figure of speech). The F-22 and F-35 have radars on the front and back so when they can't see behind themselves, these radars pick up EVERYTHING.

  • what's wrong with having some countries help in developing this air craft>??? even the russians had india in developing some aircraft> so cut the crap out of who made this plane fellas because those countries are all Nato forces.

  • @romz1988 I'm with you! These birds aint cheap. The budget for over 2,000 planes is like 300 billion plus.As long as our allies are helping with the tab.I was in the Air Force for 20 years.I worked on the General Dynamic's F-111D for four years.I thought that bird was awesome, the F-35 is way better! You can't put a price on defending our freedom!!

  • @rebelfan1216 This is America, home of successful capitalists. We can put a price on *anything* :)

  • @rebelfan1216 , you mean you can't put a price for killing other nations in phony freedom allegations

  • jira!! la tobera woooow no lo sabia impresionante

  • This is a joint aircraft and marines is the only one will have vertical take off and landing capabilities. Navy will have arresting hook and the Air Force wil have regular landing gear. I want to let everydoby that all Nato will have this aircraft in the future specially the British and Canada.

  • That's all impressive, but does it come with a cup-holder??

  • hahah canada bought 65 of these. while The US cancelled there program.

    some airforce they have.

  • @cobra2424 some airforce you have , that you couldn't design your own and had to buy them.

  • @cobra2424 You are completely mistake, the US still intends to purchase over 2,000 of these craft, what you are referring to is the United States opted not to purchase one of the specific engine types out of the three, saving roughly half a billion dollars.

The United States Airforce still intends to completely replace their fleet with these planes by 2025, and will be the largest military in the world by a paramount amount to fly these planes.

  • @cobra2424 Ha the USA made these, which means Canada does not know how to make their own aircraft. Some airforce.

  • @hamoan66boi It's jointly developed plane. British BAE and American Lockheed are the main designers/developers. In addition to that, whole number of other countries made contributions to it. So, saying that "Hahaha USA made these" is BS.

  • @OnlyLifeMatters United States did not made the plane in his totality, countries like Canada, United Kingdom etc.. they all made big contribution to the plane. But if we are really talk, in reality the one that is flying it who is it? American pilots, and the other country would be Israel, as an agreement between the two countries.

  • @hermesdavid1 Royal Air Force, USAF, Israeli Air Force, Royal Norwegian Air Force, Royal Danish Air Force are to be some of the future operators. Maybe JMSDF will also buy some of them for their Hyuga and 22DDH carriers.

  • @OnlyLifeMatters its not BS....this company is 100% American the other countries contributed their money which was greatly needed and without them this project would be dead. however the brains and science behind the plane is all American

  • @konischev I understand that. But many of the computers etc are british. They could be replaced by american counterparts, though.

  • @OnlyLifeMatters evidence?

  • @konischev Why do I have to provide you with evidence? Be a big boy, and go search, for example, Wikipedia for F35. It will include details about those who participated, and their contributions. See BAE Systems for the British.

  • @OnlyLifeMatters nothing says BAE systems participated in building it...its all American. only thing u guy's are doing is helping financially

  • @konischev Actually many countries helped build it so it isn't all American :)

  • @FMXPRO199 no many countries invested money to america so it can build it

  • @konischev Wait, I mixed this up between how we did the F-22 -_- stupid me.

  • @FMXPRO199 f-22 was also all american lol

  • @konischev , no US brought many foreign minds to make stuff like those

that what other countries didn't notice the importance of doing so

  • @0000000NoName0000000 no they did not. they just needed money

  • if you all havent read up on this the US is making them not just for us but also supling them to our aallies.

  • @GaryB170 In case you havent read up on it, there are multiple countries investing funding and technology. Britain is one of the main ones investing in it, money and technology too. Its not the USA making them and then supplying them to their allies, its a few countries getting together, sharing technology and making an aircraft. So dont be big headed claiming the USA is making them.

  • @TheLahness Like the description states this is the largest military acquisition program in history, making it extremely expensive. These planes are designed, and will be produced in the United States, the vast majority of funds are coming from the US government. Britain has already canceled there order due to delays.

    So I don't "claim", I know.

  • @landonheid Britain hasn't cancelled their orders, a government party has just stated that they are considering lower the order from 138 to "some unspecified amount". They are also considering buying F-35C's instead of some F-35B's.

  • amazing machine!

  • Canada just got some of these. WWIII here we go...

  • @DvineGaming which was the most retarded decision we ever made

  • @DvineGaming that was a stupid thing to say

  • 5 years and i will be flying this bad boy through the skies!

  • @X9000BulletsX Good luck.

  • @X9000BulletsX i bet a testicle you wont be. not only is becoming a pilots less likely then going navy SEAL or SF piloting an aircraft this expensive and advanced is far less likely. you could probably become a pro basketball player before you fly this..

  • @BaneOfFreeSpeech Well im talking about the Royal Air Force in Britain. I don't know it will be the same in America. But by the time these get here ill be finished in University and ready to start learning. And its most likely they'll train me to fly one of these since it has alot of new feature older pilots aren't skilled in. It would be better to train me now than later.

  • @X9000BulletsX I know zero about British air force. but i think they just got the eurofighter typhoon...

  • @BaneOfFreeSpeech Sorry my bad. Its the Royal Navy, dunno why i said Air Force, must have been thinking about them. Anyway the Royal Navy is getting a whole new squadron of F35's for the Queen Elizabeth Class Super carrier.

And yes the RAF does use the Typhoon.

  • @X9000BulletsX ah. knew it was something like that.

  • The US should have let Grumman finish develpment of the F14 Super Tomcat.

  • Hold it... 0:19...

The F-35 Lightning II is a single-engine aircraft..

  • 0:19 I am pretty damn sure that is a F-22....

  • You are very right. False advertising!

  • @flightrulez you're right haha :p

  • What no cobra maneuver ?

  • @tomjohnson1974 Nor any low/high-G maneuvers and what's this things turn rate again.

    P.S:Hawks2 doesn't count

  • @alfa8fake that's a good question , I would like to know or is this another over prised F-22 project. If anyone knows please reply . thank you

  • @tomjohnson1974 At least the F-22 seemed very affective in air to air and had some long range surgical strikes capability, even though the price per unit (flyaway+development+expected maintenance cost) was insane, anyway i do think the F-35 will sell big, especially its VTOL variant for obvious reasons, but no matter how hard LM tries it will suffer from similar flaws as the F-117.

  • @tomjohnson1974 who cares what the cost is as long as it is the best, during war you will wish that you spent the extra dollars on the best. Military hardware should not be based on costs but on reliability. If the F-22 is the best and the U.S. can't really afford to manufacture it, then they need to sell it to our allies.

  • @alfa8fake the A model can pull 9 gs the BC models i think pulls 8

  • @oTECHNETIUMo THX!

  • @oTECHNETIUMo Wait, what's your source.

  • @alfa8fake lockheedmartincom

  • at 00:19 thats the back of an F-22. Lockheed Martin should be smarter than that, or at least assume the viewers of their vids are smart than that.

  • That's the best jet fighter in the world today! I am Chinese n I love the F35. We all know the CHina is rising but why would some americans STILL worried about China even when the U.S has the most advance military? The bottom line is all about military muscle, which China lags 20-30 yrs from the U.S. China has no stealth Jet or carriers YET! If anything I think the CHinese ppl n the gov't should be worring NOT AMERICANS, China has all this new money n yet lacks the means to protect it.

  • @popoTb agreed - it sounds horrible, but China, U.S., Russia, Europe should work together to eliminate Islam from this planet, and promote things like philosophy and science.... raise standards of living so people no longer need to turn to fantasy religions to fill the emptiness in their lives. nothing scares me more than islam.

  • @caswellj747

I think humans will have to work at eliminating hatred among ourselves! Cuz thoughts like yours is what starts war! Islam is radical but yet powerless! It is those that have power and who comes with a smile thats even more scary!

  • @caswellj747 You and I agree in that science is better than religion, but surely you must understand individuality and that the muslims say the same thing about us scientists. I respect religious people. Because they chose to become religious, and freedom of choice is important to me. I'm a rationalist and a humanist, something inbetween, and as far as I'm concerned, gods does not exist. Why? Because everything that exists can be detected by instruments. Yes, thoughts, instinct etc included.

  • Very good machine

  • invisible , hmmmm no for serbia!!

  • @Brcko4s

They got 1 F-117 but im sure there was more than one F-117 completing sorties over Serbia. And what about B-2 missions there? So far it looks like stealth technology works exceedingly well! 99.5 percent perfection rate. I'll take that.

  • @bujoun76 ofc,u are rigt, but only one f-117 in all world is shot down by serbs...remember that...!!!And if u say misions of B-2 and other F -117 ,they are success only against civilian buildings, and civilians them selfs...

  • @Brcko4s

So you think the US was intentionally targeting Serbian civillians? That's a bit much dont you think? I doubt that! The goal of any military is to defeat the enemies military. As long as you ignore the enemies military, it will be virtually impossible to accomplish your goals or to force a surrender. That's part of the problem the US has in Afghanistan. We are not fully attacking the enemies strenghths leaving them have safe havens and all. Im praying for General Petraeus!

  • @bujoun76 u dont understand the bombing of Serbia at all.NATO air forces could not to defeat Yugoslav (serbian) army, couse they were hiding well and they are camuflage their tanks, artilery and other equipment,so NATO plains were not able to hit them and couse of that ,they used to atack civilian buildings, and NATO threaten Yugaslav president Milosevic that they will destroy all Serbia and Montenegro to the dust, if u understand what i want to say couse mu english iz bad!!!

  • WTF!!!

Canada is now buying $16 billion dollars worth of F-35s for what reason when the country poses no threat to foreign nations

  • @kemar911 Its because our F-18's are due to retire in 2020 and the F-35 is a multi role plane used as a fighter & bomber. We use our F-18's in places like Afghanistan to support our ground forces.

  • @kemar911 countries posses weapons for more reasons than to just threaten other countries

  • It almost looks like some kind of sport plane or something. At least until it comes for you in anger! Then there's no place to hide. No where to run. No hope of escape. You just die in a heep hair, teeth and eyeballs! Game over.

  • @bujoun76 Nah man,the F-15SE,SU-35,& F/A-18E all pwn its PR if they say the "best",or"invincible"

  • @USMCjunior117

    What is "PR"?

  • @bujoun76 Propaganda/Media

  • They bought the materials from Yakolev Russia...

anyway thumbs up for SRBdevis :p keep uploading grat vids

  • what is the use of that plate on top of the body.

  • Comment removed

  • @monsterdare

It covers the lifter fan and probably can be used as an air brake also...

  • Izvanredno! Kao i uvek...
