Ugh, yes, I hate taunters and teabaggers. I don't really get where teabagging comes in, it's new in Marvel at least. Be happy with a taunt.

I will admit to taunting on win against someone in a lobby who plays scrublike and taunts everyone he beats. Good feeling.

I was once in a lobby where someone was playing Sentinel and spamming the Sentinel Force M. Anyway to counter this? I heard you say you play Ryu to counter characters like Sentinel but what if they're spamming.

Only taunt when you perfect or you have an amazing come back with one character with less then half life vs 3 characters.

after the air shinku hadoken you do, post tatsumaki, you can add a launcher on the corner and once you're on the floor, jump and do a second shinku hadoken aiming to the floor. friendly tip

@jmoonies & shadowkid1993 It can backfire if you cancel the taunt too early, or start the taunt too late. If you have good reactions though, this is a really great way to kill an incoming second or third character after a kill, ESPECIALLY dive kickers like wolvie and doom. If it's someone that can break the armor in the air like zero or even wesker, then just use gamma crush. It's good damage and you get a knockdown for a free set-up.

I'm not a sore loser, I actually take every lost I'm met with as something I need to improve on. Plus I'm playing this game less and less recently so I'm bound to be beaten by players that play more. However I hate online gaming as a whole because you get bombarded with nonsense that would have gotten that person in a world of hurt in the Arcades, anywhere other than online where they would have had to watch what they say to certain people's faces that are quick to anger.

Yeah, totally always change especially against hulk then I switch to ghost rider and it becomes way easier. The rest of the cast is pretty much handled by Vergil+whoever I choose as anchor. And taunting other people is just stupid I hate when other people do it to me so I don't it simple as that.

Yes, some characters are better at fighting other characters. That's actually the basis of most tierlists. Characters who are high tier are usually the ones with the best ratio of good to bad matchups. I'm kind of surprised that you're uncertain about that.

@Alucula admittedly, I'm mostly an instinctual player so i don't really follow stats all too often. Just the occasional online stream for the most part

If I'm up three characters and have Hulk on point, and if I think the dude I'm playing is on tilt, I like to taunt with Hulk, wait for them to come in swinging, x-factor cancel the taunt, and standing H for a touch of death combo. I usually don't taunt after victories though.

Here's a little help for picking up with the Gamma Wave. As soon as you press the Special button to end an air combo, hold that analog stick back. That'll give Hulk some charge time. Once Hulk lands back on the ground, let Hulk take about half a step back in his walking animation, than immediately move the analog stick directly forward and press an Attack button. Hope this helps.

@YukiJudai100 yeah i was wondering how to time it because I always imagine a beat, but a half step is actually a pretty good gauge (always screws me up during online play)

@jmoonies No problem. You might want to practice the Sonic Boom motion in training first, because I find myself doing a Gamma Charge instead of Gamma Wave by accident because I move my thumb downwards and end up doing a Hadouken motion instead.

A tip on the Gamma Wave OTG, You can start the "charge" portion of the attack in the air and during special moves too. For instance, after you end your air combo with S, immediately after it connects, begin to charge the Gamma Wave. Try to figure out when the hit actually connects so you don't accidentally do a TAC. Hope this helps, and great vids, keep it up.

@jmoonies TAC Stands for Team Aerial Combo. If you start the charge of Gamma Wave before you land S to end your air combo, you will do a TAC instead and be forced to switch your character at a time you didn't want to.

I don't taunt/gloat about victories online, as I don't want to seem rude or full of myself I suppose. The only thing that really bothers me is good keepaway. It doesn't make me rage throw my PS3 out the window, but it does get to me a bit. I guess it's cause the people I usually play don't play a keepaway game, so I'm not used to dealing with it.

I hardly ever taunt when I win against people but its pretty annoying and dumb when people taunt or teabag when they do nothing impressive, like they have no combos and just TAC, or when they taunt with Wesker all they really did was just do his easy combos and just OTG into team super.

I must admit, I usually do shopping cart with Frank or finger lazers when I fight a spamming/keepaway oppent when im victorious with the occasional taunt on other players

@TheSnake8745 haha, yeah. used to try that with x23, but realized she had crap for startup invincibility (in that she has none), and the 7 rings of raggaddorr aren't really effective against normal projectiles

Gonna have to be honest here, that andy guy was terrible. It isn't keep away if all you're doing is random gun shots and random teleports while rarely covering them with assists. Also nearly all of his 'combos' were just that team aerial combo stuff.

@23Sirus23 haha, he actually wasn't that bad when he plays seriously though. I know guys like him who kind of dick around a lot *ahem cameraman*. I do sort of wonder if he tries to drive me into an uncontrollable rage though since that does seem to work (especially in this game)
