I was actually working there when they first started remodeling the spot about 3 or 4 years ago. guess who I run into Willie himself I went to school with Carls daugther I live about 5 or 6 mins away right in little Hillsbor Texas. I encourge every come see Willies place its real nice. Don't forget to visit the Outlet Mall in Hillsboro. Thanks for the tour.

I only live a few minutes from there and havent been in there since it reopened but i was in the old one and it was pretty nasty. Glad its looking better. Had no idea it was that big of a deal though.

Now how cool is that!! You get to tour the place before it even opens...right on Tex!! WAYYYYY back in the day my friends dad (who was a trucker) took us down to Texas and we went into Gilley's...the one where they filmed Urban Cowboy...that place was really cool...all though I hear that it closed down not long after we were there.
