I understood that until recently you had 300% import taxes for cars, and for that reason such vintage cars still in use were very common in your country. It's a pity that a classic like this Citroen Traction Avant was left to decay like this. The owner could get good money for it from collectors or movie studios if the car had been properly maintained.
Those cars are there as part of the decoration of the antique part o Colonia city
