the release doesnt look good 4 your back :( try to get a little wider between your feet and "move" them at the release, your only moving you upperbody :/ btw how old are you? ;D

thats good. but youre gonna wanna do specific torso training exersices to not hurt yourself. I hurt my back, and still feel pain, because i was too weak. you dont want that. But tech is more important than strength.

Nej, vi pratar Svenska. (no we speak swedish) dock pratar vi bäst engelska i världen, för att ha det som andraspråk. (though we are the best english speaking country in the world, having english as a secondary language). Mention some famous Canadians or something from Canada, and I'll see if I can recognize some of them.
