The one on the left has a line in the middle of his stomach- is that normal? I think one of my previous budgies had that years ago. Your pair look very sweet and they're not that noisy at all.
These guys are so quiet compared to my lovebird, who SCREAMS day and night no matter what I do to calm him down (including giving him more attention, changing his food, changing the cage around, covering the cage, turning the light off, putting the radio on, putting a "dummy" bird in the cage, etc.) He sounds like a full-sized Amazon parrot and the screeching and whooping carries all over the house. It's so bad now I wear ear plugs all day. Wish he was a budgie, sometimes.

@Cpnowys1awsome Their wings looked clipped. I did this all the time when I had my to parakeets. They are really fun pets but allot of work.
