In the 1800's the white supremecists put in place the balck codes which prevented blacks from owning guns. Thos whites feared the blacks. Disarming innocent people solves NOTHING!!!!! Criminals commit crimes, hence why we call them criminals. Most commit crimes on a daily basis, those who require firearms to pursue business opportunities usually don't register them or wait for a background check.

Gun violence will always exist as long as the firearm does. It is your decision whether or not to be a victim in this country.

If our local law enforcement would have tried to confiscate citizens firearms here where I live like they did in New Orleans... they would have been shot!
