you need to slow down the tune should be more flowing listen to some recordings of it. and stop the touging.

you should now try to put some ornamention in it, cut are usally the easyiest to start with.

eg.cut an A with a B,BaB the A should be quick and not disrupt the rhythm of the tune.

Perfect. You seem to have got every note spot on. I don't know how to play any instruments but I am getting a recorder today to start me off. Is a tin whistle much different from a recorder in terms of how its played?

It just sounds so much better and genuine then a recorder and I would like to learn that too eventually.
