i went to this village as a kid.my father wore a jumper with a crown mblem on it and was treated like an important man just because of it.Forget the politics and the rituals;these are the nicest people you'll meet on the face of the planet.Vanuatu is my favourite country that i have visited.just watch out for the snakes...
