Not sure if someone has already said this or not but.. "Life Is a Highway" was originally written by Tom Cochrane, from his Mad Mad World album. It was his 1 hit wonder in the US in '92. It was covered by Rascal Flatts (who did an awesome job I might add) for the Cars/Pixar movie. Another popular "Americanized" version was done by Chris LeDoux. Listen to Chris's version (city names) vs the original by Tom. I like to see that your doing this song. Could you please do some more of Tom's songs? ty

@T96v1 whats happened is he is teaching you to play it one semi tone higher

it makes it slightly easier to play, but is ultimately annoying once you play with the song.

its not too hard to slide every thing down one fret, just be sure to do the little hammer on bit in the chorus on the top string 4th fret.
