Review the previous comment. The contraction/expansion that Phil Valentine elaborated on referred to the perceivable Wave (light, sound, water, etc). I.e. a PORTION of the Universe...the "10%" that's supposibly visible. Valentine's explanation is that PART of the [invisible] universe contracted so that it could "shape" or "create" itself (transform to the visible). Visually, that "10%" then represents the whole.
