With this one I wonder what these tips are for and why there are (only/especially?) relevant for women? Do they make pull ups easier, increase total body tension, provide a safer or more whole-body type workout?

Why are these tips relevant (for women) and what are tips for?; do they make pull ups easier, do they make total body tension easier or more complete, prevent injury, provide more of a total body workout??? And why are these not relevant for everybody?
