I think stamina is the real trouble for old Jordan, when he got tired, his FG% would go way down.

Even he couldn't jump, and much slower, he could still make mid-range shots, also his foot work in paint area still great, he could score in low post.

But he easily got tired in Wizards, that's why he couldn't make like 25ppg, when he was in good condition, he could play good in 3 Qs, but mostly he could only play good offense in 2 Qs. And in other time of games, he shooting poorly.

Still he was the best 40-year old ever, but I think he could have done much better in terms of preparation.

He should have gotten knee surgeries immediately after retirement in 98. Then he should have conditioned himself after healing.

My point was, that when he was young, his max vert was 48 inches, but during games he was jumping 40 - 45 inches. And while playing for Wizards his max vert was about 35 inches, but during actual games he was jumping 20-30 inches. It is really a big different to jump when rested and to jump during the game. So no, I don't think that he jumped 35+ in this video.
